Khloe's NewDay Update!

One of the many blessings of having our daughter reside at NewDay is that we also get to receive the monthly updates they send out to her sponsors. Each month we get a new photo of our Precious Peanut, along with an 'update' that is written by one of her nannies. It is so fun to read about her progress and see how much she is blossoming with each passing month. In the past, I have chosen to keep these private. But since this will be the final update we receive from Ch*na, I thought it was the perfect time to share with all of you. It's hard to believe that in less than 2 weeks we will be boarding that plane! Such an exciting time and we cannot wait to hold our sweet girl in our arms!! This photo below came with her update and is from a recent trip that the foster home took to the strawberry patch... she's definitely our little Strawberry Shortcake...and as cute as they come!! :)

Khloe is growing so quickly, probably because of her hearty appetite! Her language skills are amazing – she is able to understand everything that we nannies say, and is able to communicate very well. She is quite a little chatterbox! Her little face is very expressive. She is almost always smiling, so it makes us laugh when we see her little frown. She enjoys preschool very much, and is able to draw and write well. She loves to go outside, and whenever we mention playing outside, she races to put on her shoes and jacket! Khloe is bright and adorable and is so much fun!
