Today we celebrated Martin's 38th Birthday... but his very 1st with Khloe home! Martin and Dawson left for an afternoon of fishing, while the girls stayed home to make the cake. Martin's favorite cakes are German chocolate and carrot cake. Since we made the German choclate one from scratch last year, we opted for the carrot cake this year... less labor intensive!! ;)
Khloe was such a trooper and LOVED every minute in the kitchen. She didn't get bored or tire of it at all. She wanted to help with every step! Then she practiced singing the "Happy Birthday" song a few times, but it came out more like this: "A-B-C-D to youuuuu..." It was SO cute!

Love the photos! As soon as I saw the first picture of the girls, I said to myself "Scarlett Threads aprons!" I did a giveaway on my blog earlier this spring with one of them, and think I will do another later this summer!

It looks like she is doing great! I have known her face for so long (from all of your wonderful updates) but now it is really special to see that face in your kitchen. Glad to see that you are getting to use those aprons too. I am sure you wondered if that day would ever come!

Awww.... too cute. I love the matching sister aprons! Even though I've been M.I.A from blogland I've been checking in on y'all. Khloe looks so happy!!! Every time I see her photo with y'all, I get a huge smile on my face.
